Each spring, faculty and students gather to celebrate and acknowledge the achievements of the year. In recognition of their outstanding achievements, Ashby students will be honored at an awards ceremony on Friday, May 26 at 8:30 a.m - 10:30 a.m. in the school Auditorium. This annual event recognizes student achievement and leadership in the areas of Academics, Yearbook, Video Club, FFA, Music, Athletics, and several other areas. Scholarships are also awarded to deserving seniors during this ceremony.
With the end of the school year fast approaching, Ashby juniors and seniors are setting into motion their plans for the future. For many of them, that means heading off to college. To help set those goals in motion, several students took to the phones recently for the 32nd Annual Ashby Education Foundation Scholarship Phone-a-thon.
Spring has sprung, and with the melting of the snow, much clean-up needs to
be done. The 2017 Ashby National Honor Society and REACH team are joining
forces to host the 4th Annual Day of Caring on Wednesday, May 24th! The
students of Ashby School want to reach out and give back to our community
for all the help they have given us through the year. Businesses and
residents of Ashby are welcome to submit requests. If you have any
jobs/projects you would like considered, please email NHS Adviser Paula
Wojcik at firstname.lastname@example.org. You are also welcome to call the school and
talk with Paula Wojcik at (218) 747-2257 ext. 113.
