If you currently live within the Ashby school district, you can enroll your child(ren) in any grade, K-12 by completing the forms below.

Ashby Public Schools is pleased to welcome students not living within its district boundaries through Minnesota's Open Enrollment program. Ashby Schools accepts open enrollments at any time.

For your convenience, the majority of our forms are fillable PDFs that allow you to type in the required information, then save or print. You can then mail, fax or email your
complete packet to our school office.
