Welcome to Mrs. Cadmus' school counseling page! I am at Ashby school on Mondays and Wednesdays. I provide classroom lessons on social emotional issues, small group counseling and individual counseling to students. Please feel free to contact me with any concerns you may have.
I provide classroom lessons to K-6th grade once per month on a variety of social/emotional topics.

Small Group Counseling
Small group counseling is typically provided for topics that may not impact all students, but still affect numbers of students. Some typical group counseling topics are social skills, friendship, divorce, grief, and anger management among others. Groups are usually created based on the needs of the students, which are generally reported by teachers. If any parents feel a specific topic may be helpful for their child, please feel free to contact me to discuss group options.
Individual counseling is provided for students who have more specific concerns or needs that may not be appropriate for group counseling. It is also provided for students who may need more help with developing skills that would be taught in group counseling. I have started working with students upon their own request, as well as requests of teachers, parents, and even coaches. If you have a child that you feel may benefit from some individual counseling, please feel free to contact me.
