November 5th
Good morning Arrows - It is time for another drawing of the Arrow Pride Award Winner. With quarter 1 behind us and the start of quarter two in full swing, it’s important to take a step back and reflect on the time we have been here this fall and make a choice on how we want the following quarter to go. Self-awareness and reflection are a great step in the process of having a growth mindset. But being aware of our strengths and weaknesses and identifying where we can grow will only get so far. Creating a plan and following through on that plan is essential to our growth, whether it be in academics, social-emotional, athletics, or in our home and personal lives. This quarter, go beyond the awareness and make a stand to follow through on the areas you want to grow in. All of us are a work in progress, but taking a stand and making positive changes to support our growth is for those who are strong enough to carry through on their dreams and aspirations to become the person they want to be. These character traits are what helped shape the Arrow Way and today we celebrate those who have stood their ground and made the tough choices to be their very best selves on a regular basis. The following students have shown us their best last week in learning and living the Arrow Way. I ask that the following students please come down to collect their Arrow Pride Award and to choose their reward for their efforts.
